We invite you to visit the world’s most beautiful sugar-white beaches and put your TOES IN THE SAND.  Enjoy the sugar-white sand and emerald waters just a few steps away or sit by your private pool (that can be heated at $45/ day + tax) and enjoy a quiet evening.  We offer the best of both worlds! Gulf views can be admired from the second level master balcony. This 4-bedroom home features a 3-bedroom main home, private pool, and guest cottage. The main home includes a flowing floor plan with the family, dining, and kitchen areas in a large open space. The first floor also includes a bedroom with a full bath. The second floor features a large master bedroom with a sitting area and a full bath as well as a lovely large balcony for your enjoyment. The second bedroom is exceptionally large and has two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed.

Private Pool & Guest Cottage: The private pool area features an outdoor shower-- perfect for rinsing off after returning from the beach.  There are plenty of chairs around the pool to relax in after a long day at the beach.  The guest cottage is a wonderful addition to this home and includes a king bedroom, living room (with a sleeper sofa), kitchenette area, and a private bath. The porch is gated so small children cannot access the pool unattended.

This neighborhood, with white picket fences, is ideal for family walks, biking or jogging on the paved path along scenic Highway 98.  The activities in Destin are endless. Destin is known as the world’s luckiest Fishing Village.  Provided to you, our guest, at no charge:
