Welcome to "Lion on the Beach"! This perfect vacation home is located directly across the street from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The home features unobstructed views of the beach and can fit your entire family under one roof. Built where the sand meets the shore Lion on the Beach features a large driveway, lush yard, basketball hoop, outdoor shower, and is just minutes from the attractions and dining options of Pier Park.
The first floor features a fully stocked kitchen, large family room, laundry room, bunk area, and full bathroom. Sit on the large patio and listen to the waves while drinking your morning coffee or take a walk down to the sandy white beaches. The second floor has the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a large balcony. The driveway has parking for up to 5 vehicles. There is also plenty of space to keep a rented golf cart!
Lion on The Beach is dog friendly! Pet Friendly! $225/ pet and max of 2 not more than 30 lbs. It is the perfect location for large groups who want plenty of room to spread out. The large yard is the perfect spot for a friendly cornhole competition and family picnic.

***Families welcome*** Minimum renting age 25 years old. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
Garage is not available for guest use. Guests must cross a 2-lane road to access beach.
